El Centro #1
For my placement, I am tutoring for El Centro, which is an after-school program specifically for Spanish speaking kids from the area. My tutoree's name is Eduardo and he is in 4th grade. I've already learned a lot about him after the first week. He really likes to play soccer, especially with his cousins and brothers, and he loves Messi. He also loves Minecraft, like every other fourth grade boy, and Youtube videos. During our hour and and half with the kids, we are to, first, help them with their homework, then practice spelling and/or read, and then play games. The important part of the program is that we practice our Spanish as well theirs. Of course, I am only now learning Spanish, but most of the kids in the program speak it at home, or their parents at least speak it. Many of the parents fear that their children will lose their Spanish while they are in school, and I can see why. Meluahkan perasaan
Aku menelefon rizal dan aku menelfon si Azam...dua orang yang berbeza..azam aku selalu jumpa dan kami selalu menceritakan permasaalah bersama dan jiwa kami sama..Tetapi azam nampak apa yang aku alami dan rizal tidak nampak apa yang aku alami.. cuma mendengar.. sebabkan azam sendiri yang join aku dalam setiap permasaalahan aku.. dan aku akan mengikut kata hati aku biarlah orang lain yang mengambil alih tugas aku dan aku redha dengan apa yang berlaku dengan diriku sebab selama ini aku yang mengalami nya dan aku yang mengatasinya..
